On page 2, line 8, after "(13)" strike "and (14)" and insert "through (15)"

On page 7, after line 16, insert the following:

"(15) A person may not petition for a modification of sentence pursuant to this section if the underlying conviction is for an offense committed against an intimate partner as defined in RCW 10.99.020, and within sight or sound of a minor child under the age of 18 years."
