On page 7, after line 37, insert the following:

"(iii) An applicant is exempt from all fees authorized under this subsection if the applicant has a household income of less than 200 percent of the state median income adjusted for household size."

EFFECT: Exempts a permit applicant from all fees associated with the an application or renewal of a permit to purchase firearms if the person has a household income that is less than 200 percent of the state median income adjusted for household size.
