On page 27, after line 3, insert the following:

"(3) A petitioner who prevails in a proceeding brought under this section shall be awarded reasonable attorneys' fees and costs."

EFFECT: Provides that a plaintiff who prevails in a court action appealing the denial of a firearm transfer, or denial or revocation of a permit to purchase firearms or concealed pistol license, is entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
