EFFECT: Removes the requirement that a court issuing an extreme risk protection order must forward a copy of the respondent's driver's license or identicard, or comparable information, to the Washington State Patrol Firearms Background Check Program, which must determine if the respondent has a permit to purchase firearms, and if so, revoke the permit.
