On page 33, beginning on line 35, after "offender." strike all material through "reduced.))" on line 38 and insert "If the addition of a firearm enhancement increases the sentence so that it would exceed the statutory maximum for the offense, the portion of the sentence representing the enhancement may not be reduced."

On page 35, beginning on line 17, after "offender." strike all material through "reduced.))" on line 20 and insert "If the addition of a deadly weapon enhancement increases the sentence so that it would exceed the statutory maximum for the offense, the portion of the sentence representing the enhancement may not be reduced."  

On page 39, beginning on line 28, after "presumptive sentence." strike all material through "reduced.))" on line 32 and insert "If the addition of a firearm or deadly weapon enhancement increases the sentence so that it would exceed the statutory maximum for the offense, the portion of the sentence representing the enhancement may not be reduced."
