On page 36, beginning on line 3, after "of RCW" strike all material through "chapter.))" on line 6 and insert "69.50.435 or 9.94A.827. All enhancements under this subsection shall run consecutively to all other sentencing provisions, for all offenses sentenced under this chapter."

On page 46, line 1, after "Sec. 8." strike all material through "346" on line 7 and insert "RCW 9.94A.833 (Sentencing allegation——Involving minor in felony offense——Procedures) and 2008 c 276 S 302 are each repealed"

EFFECT:

Restores the 24-month sentencing enhancement for any ranked felony offense involving a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (VUCSA) if the offense was also committed in a protected zone.

Restores the requirement that the 24-month sentencing enhancement for a VUCSA in a protected zone must run consecutively to all other sentencing provisions.

Restores the requirement that a 24-month sentencing enhancement for a VUCSA involving manufacture of methamphetamine in the presence of or on the same premises as a minor must run consecutive to all other sentencing provisions.
