On page 2, after line 26, insert the following:

"(5) A city or county may deny any permit application for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters until the state provides additional funding for local law enforcement to address the increased crime in an area with a new facility."

On page 5, after line 18, insert the following:

"(4) A city may deny any permit application for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters until the state provides additional funding for local law enforcement to address the increased crime in an area with a new facility."

On page 6, after line 6, insert the following:

"(4) A code city may deny any permit application for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters until the state provides additional funding for local law enforcement to address the increased crime in an area with a new facility."
