"(5) A city or county may limit the number of permit applications for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters approved during any 12-month period."

On page 5, after line 18, insert the following:

"(4) A city may limit the number of permit applications for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters approved during any 12-month period."

On page 6, after line 6, insert the following:

"(4) A code city may limit the number of permit applications for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters approved during any 12-month period."
