On page 6, after line 6, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. A new section is added to chapter 43.330

RCW to read as follows:

Any entity receiving state funds for the development or operation of permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelter must submit annual financial disclosures with the entity's revenue, costs, and executive compensation to the department. The department must post the financial disclosures to its website."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
