On page 2, beginning on line 24, after "located" strike all material through "significance" on line 26 and insert ":

(a) In a critical area;

(b) In an area of natural hazards that generally prohibit residential development;

(c) On agricultural, forest, or mineral lands of long-term commercial significance; or

(d) Within two miles of a licensed cannabis or liquor retailer"

On page 5, line 12, after "(2)" insert "A city may deny a permit application for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters located within two miles of a licensed cannabis or liquor retailer.
