On page 6, after line 6, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. A new section is added to chapter 43.330

RCW to read as follows:

A city or county with permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters within its jurisdiction must submit crime statistics for the areas surrounding each facility to the department. The department must publish the crime statistics on its website."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
