On page 4, line 6 of the striking amendment, after "form." strike "Notice" and insert "Except as provided in (b) of this subsection, notice"

On page 4, after line 8 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(b) A landlord may provide a tenant with notice of a rent increase in an electronic format."

On page 6, line 30 of the striking amendment, after "subsection," insert "and taking into account Section 103(1)(b) of this act,"

On page 9, line 22 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" insert "(a)"
