Beginning on page 11, beginning on line 38 of the striking amendment, after "tenant" strike all material through "combined" on page 12, line 1 and insert "any move-in fees, the move-in fees"

EFFECT: Provides that the move-in fees alone, rather than the move-in fees combined with security deposits, may not exceed one month's rent.
