| EFFECT: Modifies the prohibition on landlords reporting tenants to a tenant screening service for failure to pay rent that was unlawfully increased in violation of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act or the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act to specify that landlords may not report the tenant for failure to pay the portion of the tenant's rent that was unlawfully increased. |
