On page 18, beginning on line 22 of the striking amendment, after "tenant" strike all material through "combined" on line 24 and insert "any move-in fees, the move-in fees"
| EFFECT: Provides that the move-in fees alone, rather than the move-in fees combined with security deposits, may not exceed one month's rent.
