| EFFECT: Modifies the notice requirements for rent increases under the Residential Landlord Tenant Act (RLTA) to require 90 day notice of rent increases of five percent or more, and reinstates current law notice requirements under the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act (MHLTA) requiring three months notice of any rent increase following a term of rental agreement (as compared with the requirement in the underlying striker of 180 days notice of rent increases of three percent or more under both the RLTA and the MHLTA). |
