On page 6, after line 30, insert the following:
"(8) In adopting provisions of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, the council may not incorporate section 110.4.7 of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code and may not impose any penalties against a person who violates provisions of the adopted wildland urban interface code."
| EFFECT: Prohibits the State Building Code Council (SBCC) from imposing a penalty on any person who violates provisions of the adopted wildland urban interface code and prohibits the SBCC from adopting the portion of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code that imposes such requirements. |
