On page 6, after line 30, insert the following:

"(8) In adopting the International Wildland Urban Interface Code section 101.2 or portions thereof, the council shall not require building structures moved into or within a jurisdiction to comply with the Wildland Urban Interface Code for that jurisdiction. Tiny houses as defined in RCW 35.21.686 and manufactured/mobile homes as defined in RCW 59.20.030 may not be required to comply with building standards in the adopted Wildland Urban Interface Code. In adopting the International Wildland Interface Code, the council shall not incorporate that aspect of section 101.2 of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code."

EFFECT: Prohibits the State Building Code Council from requiring building structures moved into a jurisdiction to comply with the Wildland Urban Interface Code for that jurisdiction. Requires the Council to exempt tiny houses and manufactured/mobile homes from building standards in the adopted Wildland Urban Interface Code. Prohibits the SBCC from adopting the portion of the Wildland Urban Interface Code that includes such requirements.
