On page 6, after line 30, insert the following:

"(8) In adopting provisions of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, the council may not incorporate section 110.3 of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code. The council shall not authorize rights of entry for any code official. Code officials shall comply with the state constitution for entry on private property."

EFFECT: Prohibits the State Building Code Council from providing a right of entry to any code official and prohibits the SBCC from adopting the portion of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code that imposes such requirements. Requires code officials to comply with the state constitution for entry on private property.
