On page 6, after line 30, insert the following:

"(8) In adopting provisions of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, the council may not incorporate appendix 105.2 of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code and may not require a permit for storage of motor fuel or propane on a property."

EFFECT: Prohibits the State Building Code Council (SBCC) from requiring a permit for storage of motor fuel or propane on a property and prohibits the SBCC from adopting the portion of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code that requires a permit for storage of motor fuel or propane in excess of ten gallons on a property.
