On page 6, after line 30, insert the following:

"(8) In adopting provisions of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, the council may not incorporate section 607.1 and may not regulate where firewood and combustible materials may be stored."

EFFECT: Prohibits the State Building Code Council (SBCC) from regulating where firewood or combustible materials may be stored and prohibits the SBCC from adopting the portion of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code regulating the storage of firewood and combustible materials.
