On page 4, line 12, after "(h)" insert "At such time that the state establishes a commission related to identifying issues unique to boys and men, one from that commission;

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Adds a member to the Governor's Council for Health Justice and Equity (Council) who is from a commission related to identifying issues unique to boys and men, in the event that the state establishes such a commission. Adjusts the number of Council members accordingly.
