On page 5, after line 11, insert the following:
"(5) Policies and procedures adopted by school districts in accordance with this section relating to locker room accommodations for students must ensure that student locker rooms designated for single sex use as of January 1, 2025, remain designated for single sex use."
| EFFECT: Requires school district policies and procedures relating to locker room accommodations for students to ensure that student locker rooms designated for single sex use as of January 1, 2025, remain designated for single sex use.
