Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: (1) Restores provisions granting parents and guardians the right to receive notification when the school has arranged directly or indirectly for medical treatment (for the child) that results in follow-up care beyond normal school hours.

(2) Makes arranging directly or indirectly for medications that have not been previously authorized by the parent or legal guardian subject to notification requirements for parents and legal guardians.
