On page 9, beginning on line 10, after "(b)" strike all material through "(i)" on line 18 and insert "(i) ((To inspect)) Inspect their child's public school records in accordance with RCW 28A.605.030, and to receive a copy of their child's records within 10 business days of submitting a written request, either electronically or on paper.
(ii)"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Restores provisions granting parents and guardians the right to receive a copy of their child's public school records within 10 days of submitting a written request (instead of within a reasonable period of time, but not more than 45 days).
