EFFECT: Removes provisions authorizing the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to sanction school districts, charter schools, and state-tribal education compact schools that are noncompliant with a state policy relating to student safety, access to public education, and privacy by: (1) terminating or withholding all or part of the state apportionment or categorical moneys to the school or school district; (2) terminating specified programs in which the violations may be flagrant; or (3) instituting corrective action.
