On page 14, beginning on line 11 of the striking amendment, beginning with "RETALIATION" strike all material through "FIVE" on page 15, line 12 of the striking amendment

Renumber the remaining section consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes provisions prohibiting school district employees, school district directors, and employees and directors of charter schools and state-tribal education compact schools from taking adverse employment actions against employees for specified actions.
