On page 2, line 17, after "education" insert "that is in compliance with Title IX of the federal education amendments of 1972 (Title 20 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 et seq.)"

EFFECT: Requires institutions of higher education to comply with Title IX to make available, and pay the costs of, insurance for current and certain former intercollegiate student athletes.
