On page 2, after line 4, insert the following:

"(4) The department of natural resources is not required to consider environmental justice under this chapter consistent with subsection (1) of this section for timber sales."

EFFECT: Exempts Department of Natural Resources timber sales from requirements to consider environmental justice as part of State Environmental Policy Act processes.
