On page 3, line 26, after "(6)" insert "(a) A county may adopt a policy for all cities, towns, and special purpose districts that hold elections under this title and are wholly or partially located in the county, to hold their elections in even-numbered years, except if all cities, towns, or special purpose wholly or partially located in the county do not choose to hold their regular elections in even-numbered years within 90 days of the adoption of the policy, the policy is null and void.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 3, line 28, after "years" insert "after adoption of a policy by a county in which the city, town, or special purpose district is wholly or partially located"
