On page 2, beginning on line 10 of the striking amendment, after "to" strike all material through "(2021)" on line 14 and insert "support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Washington"

On page 8, beginning on line 6 of the striking amendment, after "Shall" strike all material through "court" on line 7 and insert "support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Washington"

EFFECT: Strikes language providing that it is a duty of sheriffs and their deputies to enforce the Washington Constitution and laws, as interpreted and applied by the Washington Supreme Court, and instead provides that it is a duty of sheriffs and their deputies to support the United States Constitution, the Washington Constitution, and state laws.
