On page 3, beginning on line 12, after "a" strike all material through "organization" on line 14 and insert "((locally matched allocation of up to ninety cents per capita, totaling no more than three hundred thousand dollars per organization)) per county allocation totaling no more than $500,000 per organization and a matched allocation"

On page 3, beginning on line 18, after "dollars" strike all material through "capita" on line 20 and insert "and a locally matched allocation of up to ninety cents per capita)) $150,000 and a matched allocation"

EFFECT:

Increases the Department of Commerce's allocation to urban counties' associate development organizations (ADO) from a locally matched allocation of $.90 per capita for a maximum of $300,000 to a maximum of $500,000 plus a matched allocation.

Increases the Department of Commerce's allocation to rural counties' ADOs from a maximum of $40,000 plus a locally matched allocation of $.90 per capita to a maximum of $150,000 plus a matched allocation.
