EFFECT: Modifies the requirement that, in transitioning individuals affected by the closures of Yakima Valley School and Rainier School, the Department of Social and Health Services must prioritize client choice, autonomy, individual preferences care needs, and community integration opportunities, to add that such prioritization must be to the satisfaction of the individual client, as indicated by the client's written consent and approval.
