EFFECT: Adds to the requirement for the Department of Social and Health Services to closely coordinate with other state agencies, local entities, health care providers, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions when transitioning residents out of Yakima Valley School and Rainier School due to the closures required by the bill to specify that close coordination requires written approval from each of those agencies, entities, providers, and stakeholders that written seamless transition plans are in place for all residents and employees.
