EFFECT: Removes the limitation that only local governments that are designated as a fan zone or host city are eligible to apply to the Liquor and Cannabis Board for certain expanded outdoor and indoor alcohol service activities during a single multiday event in June or July of 2026, so that all cities, towns, counties, and port authorities may apply for this authorization.
