On page 1, after line 20, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 4.24 RCW to read as follows:

A health care provider is immune from civil and criminal liability, including an adverse action taken on the provider's license, for furnishing any services within the provider's scope of practice that are supported by evidence-based science, even if the science contradicts advice given by state and local health officials."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
