On page 25, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "practices" insert ". However, a recycling refund producer responsibility organization established under this chapter is prohibited from colluding with similar organizations formed in other jurisdictions to implement a beverage container deposit or refund program regarding the establishment of prices for commodities or related to the sales of commodities to particular entities for reuse or recycling. The recycling refund producer responsibility organization is prohibited from implementing a similar beverage container deposit or refund program in another jurisdiction. The coordination by a recycling refund producer responsibility organization formed under this chapter is not immune from liability under this section with respect to actions between the recycling refund producer responsibility organization and similar organizations formed in other jurisdictions to implement a beverage container deposit or refund program"
