On page 9, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "(17)" insert "Not use fees collected from producers or other sources of funds under this chapter for lobbying or political advocacy activities that would require reporting under chapter 42.17A RCW or under the federal election campaign act, 2 U.S.C. chapter 14;

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Prohibits the recycling refund producer responsibility organization from using producer fees or other fund sources associated with the refund program for covered beverage containers for purposes of lobbying or political advocacy activities that would require reporting under state or federal election laws.
