On page 3, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "(11)" insert ""Convenience store" means any commercial establishment offering for sale pre-packaged food products, including limited on-site food preparation, household items, and other goods commonly associated with the same and having a gross floor area of less than 5,000 square feet.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 17, line 37 of the striking amendment, after "(2)" insert "A retail establishment that is also a convenience store must receive reasonable compensation for costs associated with program implementation, including but not limited to, support for operational systems, upgrading new software, facilitation of refund value transactions, and the submission of relevant sales data for covered beverage containers.
