| EFFECT: Requires that the technical assistance and training framework include strategies and tools for engaging parent advocacy groups (in addition to families and community partners) in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public school wellness initiatives.
Requires, rather than allows, the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction and the educational service districts to consult and collaborate with specified entities and representatives when developing the technical assistance and training framework.
