On page 2, line 15, after "(3)" insert the following: "Any trail or path granted an exemption must include a maintenance plan and funding to control noxious weeds, bug infestations, safety hazards, and litter pick up.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires a maintenance plan and funding for controlling weeds, bug infestations, safety hazards, and litter pick up, for any trail or path granted an exemption from compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act.
