EFFECT: Restores current law allowing a challenger to provide the challenged voter's actual residence or evidence that the challenger exercised due diligence as verification that the challenged voter does not reside at the address provided, rather than requiring both the challenged voter's actual residence and evidence of due diligence under the act.
