EFFECT: Adds imposition of the local criminal justice sales and use tax and the local public safety sales and use tax to the local sales and use taxes that may be imposed by a city and county to be eligible for the grant program administered by the Criminal Justice Training Commission and the distributions from the Supplemental Criminal Justice Account.
