On page 5, line 34, after "(a)" strike "30" and insert "70"

On page 5, beginning on line 36, after "(b)" strike all material through "70A.54.240" on line 39 and insert "30 percent to the electric vehicle account created in RCW 82.44.200"

EFFECT: Shifts the distribution of revenues from the tax on the banking and sale of electric vehicle credits to provide for 70 percent of proceeds, rather than 30 percent of proceeds, to be deposited in the electric vehicle incentive account, and the remaining 30 percent of proceeds to be deposited in the electric vehicle account rather than in the general fund and the carbon emissions reduction account.
