On page 3, after line 31, insert the following:
"(4) The greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled reduction requirements adopted by a regional transportation planning organization under subsection (1)(h) of this section must not impose additional obligations or costs on any bridge replacement project, including the I-5 bridge over the Columbia River."
| EFFECT: Requires any greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled reduction requirements adopted by a regional transportation planning organization to not impose additional obligations or costs on any bridge replacement project, including for the I-5 bridge over the Columbia River.
