On page 3, line 23, after "population." insert "School districts operating school buses in accordance with chapter 28A.160 RCW are exempt from required reductions under this subsection. Quantifiable reductions from such school buses may be used to lower reduction thresholds for the county in which the school buses operate."

EFFECT: Exempts school districts operating school buses from required reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled. Allows quantifiable reductions from school buses to be used to lower reduction thresholds for greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles traveled for the county in which the buses operate.
