On page 2, beginning on line 26, after "possible," strike all material through "organizations" on line 27 and insert "produced by Washington state-based nonprofit organizations or small businesses, except those registering as Washington state-based entities under a foreign qualification registration"

EFFECT: Requires that medically tailored meals, to the extent possible, be produced by small businesses, except those registering as Washington State-based entities under a foreign registration, in addition to Washington State-based nonprofit organizations.
