On page 10, after line 7, insert the following:
"(11) "Imminent physical harm" and "immediate threat to the health and well-being of children" means a substantial risk of bodily injury, sexual abuse, or severe neglect and includes exposure to high-potency synthetic opioids and the presence of illicit substances."
On page 16, after line 32, insert the following:
"(11) "Imminent physical harm" and "immediate threat to the health and well-being of children" means a substantial risk of bodily injury, sexual abuse, or severe neglect and includes exposure to high-potency synthetic opioids and the presence of illicit substances."
| EFFECT: Defines "imminent physical harm" and "immediate threat to the health and well-being of children" to mean a substantial risk of bodily injury, sexual abuse, or severe neglect and includes exposure to high-potency synthetic opioids and the presence of illicit substances for purposes of licensure of individuals or entities to care for children, expectant mothers, or persons with developmental disabilities. |
