On page 2, line 9, after "license." insert "The department shall not reinstate an original license following issuance of a probationary license due to a licensee's substance use until the licensee has provided documentation of at least six months of random, twice-monthly drug testing."

EFFECT: Prohibits the Department of Children, Youth, and Families from reinstating an original license following issuance of a probationary license due to a licensee's substance use until the licensee has provided documentation of at least six months of random, twice-monthly drug testing.
