On page 2, line 9, after "license." insert "For any probationary license that is issued due to physical safety concerns for the child, the department must commission an independent, third-party health and safety inspection to verify the licensee's compliance with licensure conditions prior to reinstatement of the original license."

EFFECT: Requires that the Department of Children, Youth, and Families commission an independent, third-party health and safety inspection to verify the licensee's compliance with licensure conditions for any probationary license that is issued due to physical safety concerns for the child prior to reinstatement of the original license.
